The Schools, Health and Libraries Broadband Coalition, based in Washington, D.C., advocates policies that encourage the deployment of affordable, open, high-capacity broadband networks and faster Internet services for schools, libraries, health care providers, and other community anchor institutions across America. The SHLB Coalition consists of a wide variety of non-profit and commercial organizations working together to champion broadband programs that can enhance anchor institutions' ability to serve their communities.
